"When I dance, I am full of happiness and it’s usually when I freestyle. I love expressing myself through movement as I feel powerful, happy, bold, and free. To be free is liberating and obtainable by anyone. You can dance.
I hear so many people say “I wish I could dance” or they need a bit of alcohol for that confidence boost to be able to dance and I just want to scream – YOU CAN DANCE. It is all about confidence. You can move your body in your own unique way and feel the benefits of dance.
People are afraid of what others think – what if I told you in a Dancerella class it is all about being yourself and celebrating you!
