In the midst of wedding festivities, during the evening, two moments shine uniquely bright: the cake cutting and the first dance. Sure, the cake is a delicious focal point, but the first dance is where something special happens. It's a chance to share a meaningful connection, to step into the spotlight as a newly united couple.
But here's the thing – sometimes, in the hustle and bustle of wedding planning, the first dance doesn't get the attention it deserves. We're here to change that. Our goal is to help you feel comfortable and confident on the dance floor. Whether you're aiming for some basic moves or a full-blown choreographed routine, we're here to show you that you've got the moves.
So, let's make your first dance something extraordinary. Trust us to make those dance floor jitters a thing of the past. With a little guidance, you'll be dancing your way into a new chapter of your love story
Meet Creative Director, Naomi
"When I dance, I am full of happiness and it’s usually when I freestyle. I love expressing myself through movement as I feel powerful, happy, bold, and free. To be free is liberating and obtainable by anyone. You can dance.
I hear so many people say “I wish I could dance” or they need a bit of alcohol for that confidence boost to be able to dance and I just want to scream – YOU CAN DANCE. It is all about confidence. You can move your body in your own unique way and feel the benefits of dance.
People are afraid of what others think – what if I told you in a Dancerella class it is all about being yourself and celebrating you!
When should we start our First Dance Lessons?
Our experts say, the earlier the better! Start your first dance lessons at least 4 months before your big day and give yourselves enough time to nail those moves and feel like true dancing queens and kings on the dance floor.
Do we need to be able to dance?
No, our sessions are suitable for all abilities, easy to follow and we absolutely encourage you to do whatever feels natural and have fun with it! el welcome – whatever your dance level.
What should we wear?
If you can dance in it at the same time as feeling comfortable, wear it! Shorts, leggings, t-shirts, vest tops are all fine and you have the choice what shoes to bring. Trainers will give you good support however, if you prefer dancing bare foot – we don’t mind! We encourage dress up to match the theme, it’s more fun!
What are your prices?
Please get in touch with us as our packages are tailored to you, dependent on the number of classes you would like, number of songs and location. We would love to talk with you!
I'm pregnant, can I still dance?
Yes, anyone can attend a session. We advise you to dance to your own capabilities as long as you are sure you can participate with a midwifes consent.
How many people can attend a Hen/Stag do?
There is a minimum of 10 people required for a dance hen party/stag do, let us know how many you would like to bring and we will find a suitable sized venue.
Do I need to find the venue for a Hen/Stag do or First dance Lesson?
No, the venue is included in your package! You will be sent the address prior to the date, simply turn up and have a great time! We like to ensure the whole experience is stress free for you.
Can we bring any food and drinks with us?
Yes, we encourage water! You may need it after you have spent an hour with us, it’s fun but also exercise! Most of the venues do not allow food or alcohol in their venue so we have to say no to this.
