A FREE outdoor dance experience designed to get families moving together. Participants follow simple, feel-good dance moves with colourful props. There is no choreography to remember and no dance experience needed — just come along and join in.

​

The session encourages physical activity, social connection and positive wellbeing while creating plenty of opportunities for families to laugh and have fun together.

Suitable for: children, parents, carers, grandparents and mixed-age groups

Length: 45 minutes

Accessibility: movements can be adapted for different ages and mobility levels
